Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The service is operated by Duncan Trevithick ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you make a purchase, we collect your name and email address. Payment is handled by Stripe - we do not store your card details. We receive a record of the transaction amount and whether it succeeded.

If you request a trusted introduction, we collect the details you submit in that request, such as phone number, intended location, timeline, message, and the service category you need.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. This may set cookies and send anonymised event data (page views, purchases) to Meta. You can opt out via your Meta ad settings.

We use AWS SES to send your download link by email. Your email address is stored in our database to validate your download token.

How we use your data

We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

For trusted introductions, we only forward your request details to the selected or relevant provider after you explicitly consent on the request form. Move to Spain may receive a referral fee if you become a client of that provider.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for checkout (Stripe). We also use the Meta Pixel, which sets performance cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect checkout functionality.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Purchase records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Download tokens are retained indefinitely to allow you to re-download your purchase. Referral request records are retained while the introduction is active and then for reasonable business recordkeeping. Email us to request deletion after the accounting period.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at /privacy.
